FAQ

Answers to the questions drivers ask before they reserve a car.

If you cannot see the answer you need, call the office or send a message. We would rather talk it through than leave you guessing.

You need a valid UK driving licence and a current private hire licence. We will confirm the documents required for the vehicle and the platform you drive for before you collect it.

It depends on the car. Most weekly agreements include comprehensive insurance, road tax, MOT, servicing and breakdown cover. The exact list is shown on each vehicle page and can be different for every car.

You pay an agreed weekly or monthly amount for a set term. At the end of a completed agreement, ownership can transfer subject to the contract, payments being up to date, and the conditions in the rent-to-buy terms.

There is no single rule. Some cars start at four weeks, others at six. The contract length on the vehicle page is the one that applies.

Many of the fleet are prepared for Uber Comfort, Green or X and for Bolt. Check the features on the vehicle you want, because acceptance is set per car.

Collections are arranged from our office at Image Court, 326 Molesey Road, Walton-on-Thames, unless we agree another handover with you.

The deposit is set on the vehicle. It is not the same for every car. You will see the amount beside the weekly price before you reserve.

If your documents are ready and the car is available, many drivers collect within a few days. We will tell you the real date when you enquire, not a guess.
