Before you collect
- Bring your driving licence, private hire licence and proof of address
- Read the rent or rent-to-buy tab for the exact car
- Confirm the deposit and the first payment
On the day
We walk around the car with you, note existing marks, and hand over the agreement. Do not leave until you understand the insurance excess, the mileage position, and who to call if a warning light appears.
While you have the car
Report accidents, police matters and breakdowns straight away. Do not authorise repair work yourself unless the office has agreed it. Keep to the service schedule we give you.
When you return it
Bring the car back clean, with the keys, and at the time we agreed. We will compare it with the handover notes.
